Great tying techniques. Where can I buy one of the hair stacker you guys get from someone in the Ozarks. I believe this fly can be tied for snook and redfish in my area of Florida. Ron C Ruskin FL

It can certainly be tied for redfish and snook. Which hair stacker are you meaning?

After watching again, sounds like you mean the custom wooden hollow tying tool Matt is using in this video. That is not a commercial tool, it is Matt's custom lathed tool that is hollowed out to push back material. We get the same result with any kind of wood with a hole drilled in it, a Bic pen with the innards pulled out, or even a straw from McDonalds. Aside from that, you are going to have to have a woodworker build you one.
