Chappy is the best 3rd baseman hands down. When he came to Toronto he was so happy because he watched how that team reacted with each other last year and said in an interview he wanted that camaraderie… The weekend he showed up in Toronto he went and bought a house there and said “ this is my place”

The first thing I do when I get a new glove is remove the heel pad - allows the leather to stay firm all over while providing a quick break in and heel flexibility. Tedious process but works like a charm! Glove still sits open when sitting on its side!

I am an A's fan and I love Chappy! For those who don't know him because he plays for the A's and you go to sleep at 10PM EST... you are missing one of the best defensive players!. He is literally in the outfield playing 3rd base and the silent communication between Chapman and Olson (1st base) is a segment that needs to be addressed.
