Great job Flus and coaching staff! This team is focused, playing together and taking everything game by game to get better at their operation and execution. This is an ultimate team sport and as we see with other teams talent only gets you so far - the culture of the team has to be cohesive and each man and unit has to look to improve as when it looks good, it is because all of the players in that unit have done their job well. And most games come down to key plays and playmaking in all three phases. You preach that and it shows in how the team plays.

Imma set low expectations of just having a winning season…if we can get into the playoffs that’s more than I can ask for with a new team/RC QB. I believe for sure next year if we get some picks or Free agency pick ups to shore up our oline and dline…we will be even better

He’s got the Chicago coach fall winter face going and it suits him and I’m glad with the current bears while technically in last place of course. A good bye week for once. Nice job by our division as I root against the others and the nfc at large…lots of nfc north battles coming up. The nfc north is a combined 19-6 record which includes the two divisional matchups that have occurred thus far so 17-4 if we scoop those. The bears lost to the Texans and colts of course, the packers to the eagles on the sloppy field in the opener in Brazil, and the lions to the bucs in week two. It was all early in the season other than the two within-division losses. The other seven divisions each have one or two winning teams while in the nfc north all four are winning teams. So that prediction of the north being the tough division is true thus far with Minnesota being the slight surprise team I suppose.
