A girl sent me an SMS with lyrics of this song maybe 25 years ago. Don't know why... Now she's my wife. What a memory. Great video as Always ❤

Listening to the song I already think "those bass lines are crazy", seeing you playing the only thing that comes to mind is "it's crazier than I thought". Thx Matt.

I love every Rancid album and era. But this record is very unique within their catalogue. The chord progressions have a riff quality to them, they’re exploring more hardcore influenced ideas and the bass work sets the band apart from anything released by that time. Great pick and playing as usual, master!

Besides just going back so far with this song and the whole album when I was younger and homeless, (Another Night) I love how the chromatic play demonstrates how you can pull that off beautifully if you just nail the timing to fit it into the time allowed in that measure. Absolute top tier musicianship, Matt. I actually got kicked out of a band when I was younger because I took that scale approach. I joined a band as a bass player and went nutty, properly with this type of playing and they were seriously like “we want more of a Dee Dee approach. 😂 I bowed out respectfully.

i love this album. I remember not liking Lets Go or AOCTW very much when my brother played them for me, but after loving LWW i bought this album. Thankfully it convinced me to buy and relisten to LG and AOCTW's. i used to play the chord portion of every song off those 4 records on guitar.
