This is great. Hafley is amazing but hes busy planning against the opposing teams offenses as well as coaching up his guys so MLF can ask a great defensive mind in Saleh about how teams might adjust and attack the offense. He can also teach the very young team on how to read defenses more effectively throughout the game and tendencies different looks have and how they disguise the defense hence why hes helping on the offensive side of the ball.. He can also tell matt how the other teams defense is adjusting during the actual game helping matt create even better adjustments.. Hope he finds an official "offensive consultant" role with us

I LOVE this move at every level, professional and the human side of it. I'm not sure Saleh was quite ready to be a HC, but no question he is a defensive master. Someone is going to snag Saleh as a DC and that team will instantly get better. Right now, it's the Packers, even if the role is non-traditional. It should become more traditional.
