Tbh, Matt makes good points. JB has to realize sometimes change chance. Every coach, I'd not be the same. It's different strokes from different folks. Because Nick Saban and Dabo Sweeney had mediocre seasons when they first started. They found what worked from their teams and went from there.

Do you believe that Power 5 signifies the difficult mode? Colorado faced strong competitors in their division and had a demanding schedule. All these so-called sports analysts are simply upset that Prime is changing the game. You think the hype was bad last year, just wait! When Colorado starts winning what can another college offer in comparison, maybe a Ivy League education? If you perform well at Colorado, you are assured to gain wealth, exposure, education, connections, and combine invite/being drafted.

The whole country is not doing what Colorado is doing nobody at least none of the top teams are overhauling their roster every year.Also now that schools can directly pay these kids will start signing 3 year contracts with their school so there will be no more good players in the portal so if you rely heavy on the portal its over for you.

You sound kind of slow, Colorado isn't overhauling their roster every year. It was the 1st Year of a 1-11 Team, in which he didn't even get there until January. So they where already behind in Recruiting and so on. So the 1st year was just grabbing better bodies to present a better team. This year is about putting the correct coaches and players on the team in order to truly build something. So of course there was a lot of turn over this year. Now they are getting proven transfers with really good college stats, upside, unlike last year where it was alot of backups with upside.
