what I love about this is that they pre-record now, so they could absolutely have re-recorded it, and they just chose not to.

It seems for the most part they try to keep it as if it's a live show still. They often make "fix it in post" jokes now, but the things they're mentioning are never gone. I can only think of one cut/edit they did outside of the scheduled break. It's when they did their freeze frame bit. And then they released a short for behind the scenes on the freeze frame. They obviously occasionally add effects to Sam's ads or Laura's merch showings, but overall they keep it pretty pure.

When Matt mispronounced Aurora, it reminded me of this video on AFV that I saw awhile ago of this dog barking out that very thing, but instead of it barking the actual word out, the dog just went aurrarar. It was so funny I couldn’t stop laughing. Matt’s little screw up reminded me of that and made me laugh even more at the flub he made.

Also during the video where critters voted on the characteristics for what would eventually become Orly, which I think was a Fireside chat, he mentioned it briefly, because the character has a stutter, and so did/does he. And various panels. Etc. Apparently he had to work very hard as a child and take special classes to learn how to speak properly. His dad also has a stutter I think. And in campaign 2 there's a brief moment where Sam and Liam are kinda being dicks a little bit about Orly and Matt in that very gentle good humored Matt way of his says "It's a good thing I grew up a Stutterer."
