His terrible ordeal; body mutilated; blood poured out, finally died and was placed in a tomb and rose from the dead the 3rd day ! "HE IS RISEN" Matthew 28:6 John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Job repented more for questioning God and questioning his will. Basically he accused God over his troubles. Yet God allowed the devil to take away from him. Job was so strong in faith that he knew God must have a bigger plan that he didn't understand. That's what Faith is. That's essentially what the New Covenant is a life of faith where your righteousness can't possibly come from your works, because you can't be good enough to please God. Even Job who was Literally righteous based on his works failed God when put to the test.

Christ is, was never in the entertainment industry and never a performing artist - what He did was who He was ...and He never put a price up front on His ministry. These days it takes a lot of mammon to serve God, to praise and worship at His feet and this is not The Spirit of God. Jesus used to feed the multitudes. Now the multitudes 'feed' Jesus. We have turned the gospel around, for financial gain. There is no such thing as artists and performers in His kingdom come, only Praise & Worship leaders ...who do not come at the price of a ticket. He set out to disprove the whole Jesus/ God thing. So did Josh McDowell in his landmark work "The Evidence Demands a Verdict" both Ivy League atheists. After many years of thorough research and unbiased tough true journalism they both came way believers in Jesus and have for the past many many years been the foremost world reknown apologists and thought makers in the field. If science is more your thing listen to anything Dr Chuck Missler has done also on you tube. These are but a handful of highly educated and influential names off the top of my head.
