Hi! It's hard to explain in a comment.. the concept is: in a blues you can always play the pentatonic scale. The other notes you can use are from the chords! You should study chord voicings all around the neck for having a larger choice of notes to choose from! Maybe I should do some video on that...

I agree that he sounds amazing on the LP, but I believe a good guitarist sounds great on any guitar. It's definitely a nice change though...

It's not an issue of gibson vs fender but he's more of a long scale player

He sounds great on any guitar he plays. But i like him best with his SVL Strat. The single coils fit his dynamic playing in my opinion.

Dunno...I love the blues and I'm a fan of Matt but this feels a little bit like more of the same ol', same ol'. Just feels uninspired.
