Fun Fact: Splenda is the absolute ONLY sugar substitute that leaves your body as the exact same chemical as it entered. In layman's term, your body doesn't process it, at all. You all remember aspartame? Its not that chemical that causes problems, its what our bodies turn it into when its being processed. So to end this fun fact moment, Splenda is the safest sugar-substitute which is why it is recommended by dietitians and nutrition boards.
