This was our journey home for the holidays for our son's very first Christmas. We haven't seen lines this long at the airport until now, the holiday rush is a very real thing.

The best thing my dad did once I got married and had a baby was to never ever make us feel guilty about spending time away from him. He always said we should worry about ourselves first and not worry about sharing time. That automatically made us want to spend MORE time with him and maybe less with those that made us feel bad!

Super useful parenting tip I was once given…If the baby is being exclusively breastfed (no formula, baby food, or “real” food) then the sun can remove poop stains! Every time my babies had a blow out during the first six months of their life, I’d just hang their clothes out in direct sunlight. Always worked!

I was married young and did Christmas with everyone for years. Especially now that you have a baby keep the holidays to your family. It’s so much less stress and you can enjoy your little family more. After 16 years I’m finally doing that and I don’t actually dread Christmas this year for the first time ever.

Griffin looks so much like Abby! He’s so freaking cute!😍😍 My 2 boys had screen time before 18 months and they’re fine! Of course it wasn’t for hours a day but here and there for a couple of minutes. They don’t have any delays and are doing really well in school. They are social and speak very well😁
