I think making a template out of plywood and then using that with a Router with a templating bit would have been easier. Looks very good though!

Should go 80 grit, 120 grit, then 180 grit. Higher the grit number the smoother it will be.

Hi there, just wondering if you knew what dimensions you used for the decals? Did you just use the default sheet the website displays or did you input your measurements for width x height?

The designs I've uploaded are for A4 pieces of paper, their not to scale of the original trophy but a smaller workable size!

I didn't have any issues, just slightly trim off the extra bits and use clear tape to help align it together :)

Hi Matt! Super cool video! Maybe you could look for a different drill bit so you could fix the drill in place facing downwards so you can use the drill as a manual CNC machine! If you try that, you should end up with straight edges and no burn marks. I used "could" and "should" a lot, because I'm not at all good at DIY stufff, but I think it "should" work
