OIl 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Onion 1
Ginger small piece
Garlic 5-6
Green chilli 1
Tomato 1 big
Cashew nuts 1 tbsp
For masala
Oil 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 1
Cardamom 2
Clove 2
Onion 1
Salt
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Green peas 1 c
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Paneer 200 g
Coriander leaves few
Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
