Hi Mahima: I tried this out on Wednesday with chapatti a combo- it was a runaway success. A little time consuming, but well worth the effort! Yes i too puréed the two fleshy tomatoes, however I skipped the cashew paste portion and garnished with heavy cream.. Thanks for this recipe. Stay blessed.
