1:09 correction, as a Michigan fan, I’ll say they gave a shell of Michigan a rough go. This is a depleted team from last year, no QB, no Colston Loveland this game and Michigan still abused them. 😆 they got beat by our 3rd stringers from last year. You all saw the Texas game, last years Michigan team beats them by 10. This year, they can’t barely move the ball, it’s a rebuild year. We have good classes on the way and we have several arms coming in and actually a freshman that will start next year as a sophomore Jaydn Daniels. But I wasn’t expecting much this year, still riding high off the Natty. That was fun though for sure. 32 yards passing and still beat a top 15 team? Imagine if Michigan actually had a QB and not a RB/TE cosplaying as a QB.

This game almost reminded me of osu 21, run over the buckeyes and have a less than a few passes in the second half. Then do it again last year against psu...32 straight runs with 1 p.i. pass in between. Michigan needs to stick to its identity...run, forest, run. Orji needs to become the next Denard Robinson.

Totally disagree that USC proved they can play "hard-nosed football". They had under 100 yards rushing, gave up 4 sacks and allowed 290 yards rushing with 6.3 yards per carry. They played much better in the 2nd half obviously but it was very much via that "flashy" style of offense. Michigan's offense is also crap, so that second half wasn't totally mind-blowing that they figured out how to limit Michigan's run game. Then look at the injuries. USC had like 4-5 injury timeouts compared to Michigan's 1 (a non-contact pulled hamstring). USC was getting blasted on both lines of scrimmage and hitting-wise. To their credit, they hung in there but didn't match-up in that regard.
