Yeah, this was purely a rally of redemption for our guys, call it our Championship if you want to... But, with all the doubt directed at BV this year from fans and outsiders alike "our players adamantly still stand with BV", and the outgoing seniors that could have gone to NFL but came back to finish what they started in rebuilding OU... This win was for them. No body was going to come in and beat us in the Palace at our last at home game after such a heartbreaking year, when going into the preseason looked so promising. OU bois just rallied, and played their best ball. Now lets just hope they can carry the momentum into the offseason and come back better than ever next year.

I'm an OU fan. Going into this game I expected us to get the same treatment Bama gave LSU. I thought we were going to see the fiery Bama team we've seen the past couple of weeks and see the horrible, liability of an OU offense in this game. I saw the opposite - Bama came in on an off night overlooking OU, or OU had a great game plan and was executed well. An OU offense that figured out it should have been running the ball and using Xavier Robinson as RB1 all season. Anyways, I am so grateful that our boys won the way they did and on senior night too. What a way to end your last game at OU. Out of all teams for OU to dominate, Alabama? Crazy.

I've been calling this loss since summer, based on a few metrics. I must admit, though, I never expected Oklahoma to field such a weak, injured roster that a lot of the non former B12 members faced this year. It is what it is, next man up. There were THREE SEC Conference games scheduled for NORMAN Oklahoma this season, and the Alabama game was one. If you just examine the history of Oklahoma games in Norman, it's been dismal for the visiting team. Notre Dame freaking owns that place, Ohio State has done well, but that's about where the list ends. SEC had never won there before this season and that includes Alabama. The entire Big 12 has only won there about 20 times in a hundred years throughout several conference formations. Stanford, Cal, and USC, have upset top 10 ranked Sooners there, but the list for the rest of college football is slim to non-existent. So yes, the Alabama second loss there was entirely predictable. Texas has won in Norman twice, but never in that stadium. 😮. NORMAN is the real death valley of college footbal.

Matt this is a very emotional day for me. I'm 47 and grew up watching Alabama football. I have not missed a game since I was 9 years old. I've always looked forward to college football season.I have cheered and cried for Alabama games. In my teens and twenties whether Alabama won or lost could change my attitude for the whole week afterwards. I have grown enough emotionally not to be that invested in Alabama winning or losing. The way the game is today with the polatics and the involvement that the referees have on a game has made it to where I can no longer enjoy the game I used to love. This is truly hard, sad, and quite frankly F up for me because this is something I thought I would share with my grandkids for years to come. The love and tradition of Alabama football. After that game and the start of NIL deals the transfer portal and all the politics and trash Officials in the game to see what that can do to change the love I had for the game that I used to look forward to. I no longer can watch and enjoy college football. I love your content and will still support your channel because you are a very good contact creator. I can no longer support college football. One thing when you say "the offense line wasn't bocking" you might rethink that and take a closer look, that is what was Oaklahoma's defensive game plan up front, was Oaklahoma giving different looks, stunts, blitzs and front alignments, all which can cause an offensive line problems or maybe just maybe, Oklahoma kicked Alabama's ass up front! Also in my opinion Milroe didn't have his best game!

If you listened to Saban speak on why he walked away, it’s not the existence of NIL or the portal that caused it. It’s what they have done to the majority of players mindset. It used to be starting at Alabama was enough to keep a 5* on the bench three years to wait his turn. Now that same 5* is telling SABAN in an exit interview as a freshman that he needs more money and playing time or he’s leaving. The mindset of players now is what is so hard to manage. The coaches no longer have the power or control they had and that means you have to be as good of a manager of people and personalities as you are at X’s and O’s, otherwise you can’t keep a roster together and pushing in the same direction.

Two years ago when Milroe took the field I said Alabama would never play for a national championship with a glorified running back pretending to be a QB. Run first mentality QB's rarely win championships, never do they at Alabama. Nick Saban could coach away some of Milroe's in game mistakes and bail him out, but with no Saban, there was never any chance. I was called every name in the book, I was 100% correct. He is a terrible QB, he couldn't throw a football in the ocean and hit water. Pair Milroe with a defense with no ability to make adjustments and you lose. Alabama will now sink into SEC mediocracy, even worse if Milroe stays and is the QB again. The ride is officially over.

Stopped running the ball against Ole Miss and lost that game and stopped running against Missouri and lost that game.
