I also indicated that we've also had one war with Japan which is a nation from which he has never purchased although I've had a number of Japanese cars. He won't but Korean or American cars although I've had numbers of both. He loves British brands, although I've had several including an EType Jaguar. I'm an Anglo Australian. Two years before the Beijing Olympics we toured comprehensively through China via Beijing and bullet train to The Terra Cotter Warriors. Flying a number of legs. Numbers of huge cities, and cruising down the Yangtze River and flew into Singapore. My uncle and aunt accompanied Australian PM Gough Whitlam and opened up China to the Western World. Also, a relative is an Anglo Aussie who was a captain on a Chinese international airline. My 18 year old nephew recently bought a new Testa. He does something in secret IT. My friend just picked one Xpeng G6, 180,000rmb, drives very very well, much better than Atto 3. The only downside is the look.

If you can wait, wait to see what the Model Y Juniper is like. If it’s anything like the Model 3 Highland, it will be epic. Also Zeekr X, Sealion 7 - lots of exciting cars coming to Australia!

This was a really good video and it really shows how much we are lagging in the west about bringing innovation to market. Good car I insights and help dispel the huge misunderstanding about China and it's people. Brought back good memories of 2008 when I was theren😊

Due to a lack of competitiveness, the market share of South Korean cars in China has dropped from 8% to 1% now, and most of the production lines of South Korean car companies in China have been sold to Chinese car companies, and sales of Japanese cars in China have plummeted by about 50%.

Dude is right. After a while, all these Chinese cars look alike. Squinty headlights and light bars. Tesla-copy centre tablet. Reminds me of the many noname phones and tablets sold in Aliexpress. Not sure what differentiates each other. Nonetheless, they looked like generations ahead of what current Western car brands are producing. The Tesla store seemed quaint. And against the eye-popping feature buffet of the Chinese brands, its simplicity is refreshing. Enjoyed seeing the cool cities. Looks high tech.

Have stayed in a bread and brekfast, at the Westlake, secomd time. They had 7 rooms. Breakfast prepared by the owner. There was a guest lady from Guangzhou ( Canton ) who sang spontanously songs. So human and intimate.

Baidu's robot taxis (萝卜快跑) have already completed more than 5 million orders to transport passengers in 11 different cities in China. In Wuhan, you can directly book a driverless taxi to take you from the airport to the city center at a very low price. It's a good chance to have a try if you are in China.
