Tommy is amazing! I love how you choose people that make content fun. Its not about the science with eating and working out, get nutrients and work out. The science has changed drastically in 20 years, and most of the science is based on group studies which are (in many cases) highly skewed. Just get your nutrients enough to last your workouts, do that for a while, see changes and note what needs to change.
