Hi Natasha! If you wanted the final look to be shiny, would you still paint the snowflakes over a matte surface or would you go in over the cured ombre look? Thanks!

Hi Jasara :) If you'd like the nail to be shiny, seal with No Wipe top coat and cure. Then, over the sealed nail, paint your snowflake and sugar :)
