For those of you that are confused when you see "No internet connection" Turn the car on, Then turn on your phone or iPad. then it will add a new network with Batmobile in the name. Got to this network. One it connects, you will see a green check mark. Under this it will say in I think in an orange color "No internet connection". Ignore that. Go back to where you see the Ultimate Batman icon in your directory and start this. Input the generic password. When it connects, it will show you your new password. Either click on the password to copy it to clip board. I just wrote it down and input it manually. Go back to the Ultimate Batman logo and restart. Input the new password. IF you see the batarang, you have connected. Touch the batarang. The next screen you see will have 2 options, novice and advanced. Novice is what you will want for first time set up. Just follow on screen instructions from there. I sure hope this helps a bit.

If you are asking if you can turn off the sound once the car is on then no you cant. It's all built in together and all the guns and throttle make the sounds when activated.

El Casa try adding more of the fog juice in the vehicle and let the smoke button go on for a while. It may need time and to warm up. If it does not work try getting an exchange with the retailer.

How much this worth? I bought one from facebook and it was still sealed and unopened. A paid $100 Australian dollar so that would be about $60-$70 US. It was a steal I suppose

bought mine from Costco and when using the sliders. I had issues when turning left at times. the steering doesn't fully turn left after a couple runs. do you have this issues ? awesome review

I don't have that issue but it can be an app issue. if nothing else you can return the item and get another one. Costco is good about returns and replacements.

Well, they had 3(the others were missing guns and wings) so I went back and convinced them to let me have the battery that was in one. It is charged and my Batmobile is working perfectly. I'll have to get a charger now, but hey, I'm happy. One more question, how do you exit the app, lol?

How do you connect to cell wifi...i cant connect

senceses9 the way I did it is I first turn on the batmobile. Once the lights on the car starts to flicker I go into my WiFi settings on my phone and look for a signal that is labeled batmobile and select it. Then once it shows a check mark next to it I open the batmobile app and then it will search for a WiFi connection. If you are connecting for the first time it will do a setup to sync the app to the car. Then it should automatically connect and the app will show you the controls. Hope that helps.

@@FreeterProductions yep i did all of that and no batman 😗 but what i found out is that alot of these cars were faulty so im gonna get ahold of mattel and see what they can do ..cause that toy is a classic..thank you for getting back to me ..i appreciate that god bless

Don’t get it this part two review this identical to the part one can you tell me how did it ride outside cause mines keep losing it signal.

The app for the bat mobile does get updates. It's possible that it needs it. I rode it outside on the parking lot and it worked out fine. The instructions that came with the bat mobile did mention that if there is a lot of wifi around it can possible cause it to lose signal. As the bat mobile goes out of range your phone/tablet could switch to some other wifi. Try using it in an area with little to no wifi. If nothing else you could contact mattel. Hope this helps.

Maybe it's because I live on a high riser in new york I live on the 16th floor and the beans might be the problem. I've yet to try it downstairs it's very cold down here right now!

glentaker the batmobile creates its own WiFi that allows your phone/ tablet to connect to and can play anywhere, especially outdoors. I think the instructions mean that any other WiFi signals around can cause a disruption. But to answer your question you can connect with it anywhere.

The box size is W 19", L25", H 11" and the car just barely fits. The height of the car should be 8 to 9 inches and the length is about 25 inches and width is about 16 inches. Hope this helps.

As soon as the batmobile is turned on you should go to your wifi settings. Once there it you need to select it and it should connect. It will say that it is not connected but it is. Open the app and it should guide you on connecting your device to the batmobile. Also make sure you have the updated app. Thats what I did, hope it helps.
