Guendouzi holds the ball for far too long and slows down the attacking pace. If Arsenal were leading by 2 goals or more in a match, then Guendouzi is the perfect substitute midfielder to bring in at such a scenario. But we rarely are ever leading 2 goals up in any match.

Arteta as a coach: He is talented, very intelligent but has no fire. He is an anxious control freak who controls his pawns like he’s playing chess and that’s why his squad shows no confidence, heart or fire. Players like Pepe, Nelson, Martinelli, Guendouzi, Willock and Saliba are players that brings something extra but their edges are cut off by the manager.
