I always come to watch a video just before making a pasta dish. You get me in the mood! I add just a splash of lemon juice for an extra hit of freshness, but that looked delish. I usually make a large batch because here in SoCal I grow SO much basil and don't want to waste it, then freeze it and add to different pasta dishes, soups etc. My Italian mother and grandmother would have been so happy to watch you cook and sing and speak Italian!!! Someone mentioned a cooking show for you and I agree. A "cooking" show where someone ACTUALLY COOKS. Enough of these competition cupcake wars crap. FoodNetwork, old school!
