No, the rate of diffusion is not affected by gravity. Had it been effected by gravity, the gases of the atmosphere would diffuse down the atmosphere. Diffusion is concerned with concentration gradients, so gravity does not have a role in affecting diffusion.

Reason being Diffusion is caused by the spreading of two or more gases,so like the temperature and particles affect diffusion like fish frying can be smelt from far but it has nothing to do with gravity😁 That's my perspective of ths question Thank you for the session ❤️👍
