Hey Matt! You're a superhero. I'd like to share something: Chia contains lectins (think gluten etc, not good)... but have you looked at sweet basil seeds? They are nearly equally nutritious, do not have lectins, and soaking with water is even quicker than for chia)

Hello Matt. I am a guy from germany. I like nature too. But in germany, there are not so many trails without civilisation so that is dificult to find interesting trails. Scandinavian is better. I like your art to travel near to nature and without to many equipment. I make many years the mistake, like many other german, to have to many equipment in my backpack. That make me slower and it is harder to walk on higher ground. I love your relaxed and naturenear way to live. Great and best regards, Jorrit. Sorry for my bad english. I am a science man and i am very bad in languages.

Matt, if you're still checking and responding to our comments, I'd like to ask about the sandals you were wearing while out on the trail. Were those Lunas or another brand, or did you make them yourself? I run barefoot and in Lunas, but I've never seen full leather ones like yours. Really enjoying your docuadventure (seven years after the fact). You seem so alive out there, and you and Sarah seem so happy together. I hope things are still going well for both of you. Peace to you from Alaska! (Soon to be relocating to New Mexico)

Hey Matt. I picked up the versa cloth habit from Matt Furches, and Kirsten while filming with them last year. I now use it every time that I run. Having said that, can you do a video of what you carry for long distance on your runs in your versa cloth? Call it an EDC running dump or whatever. I would greatly appreciate that. Respectfully, Tyler
