One of the greatest loss of my generation is that the youth don't have alot of such interviews as these where the older generation share knowledge, experience, insights gather over an entire lifetime, like handing over their wealth of wisdom. Concerning real estate in Lagos. Thank you Pastor Matthew. You said the truth however bitter. The state has failed in the responsibility to provide affordable housing and amenities. It's a total failure. How easy is someone who earns 70K minimum wage is able to get a flat of his own in Lagos, this is just one instance in a million. Secondly the master plan of Lagos State by cities in Lagos State even down to LCDA's is impossible to lay hands on for the ordinary man. It's a shame and a failure.
