Matthew Cox came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he detailed how he conducted mortgage frauds across the country. He explained how he was able to conduct the scams, including stealing identities from homeless men for loans, and creating fake banks. Matthew also spoke about being on the FBI's most-wanted list and how they eventually caught up with him after he had cosmetic surgeries to alter his appearance. To hear the full story, hit the above video.

If you do this for 5 years. At 23 if you have been cutting hair, CDL, Nurse, Dr. Whatever. With that credit score and saved money. You can borrow for a dream you want to make you passive income like real estate or Stocks. Criminal shit is about taking advantage of rules. Just be patient! I worked for a sales company that did consulting "on behalf" of Verizon, which basically meant we went business to business asking to look at people's phone bills and tried to either sell them stuff if they already had Verizon or tried to get them to switch to Verizon if they had a different company. It is incredibly easy to commit fraud in these kinds of jobs, I knew of two people who i worked with every day who did it. I caught one guy because I stumbled into a customer he dealt with. She had a lot of calling on a few of her phone lines and the rest basically nothing, so what he did was he changed the plan on the low usage lines to unlimited plans, which have a higher monthly cost but end up costing you less money if you do a ton of calling on them. He would then come back to her office every few months to check on her phone bill, which would be going up instead of down, and tell her he was going to fix the problem. He would then changer another one of her phone lines to unlimited, but not the lines that actually needed it. He would also package the line he changed to unlimited with internet and make even more commission on them. When I found her office she had 3 DSL modems sitting on her floor that she had no idea what to do with or why she had them. This only made the guy like 150-200 dollars every time he did this, but if you imagine him going around the state and fucking peoples phone bills up he was probably making decent enough money. Another fucked up thing is by doing this fraud he was raising his own status in the company. He got promotions, got to train new employees and add them to his team, got singled out and praised by the management, was used as an example to shame other employees who didn't meet his sales numbers, the list of benefits goes on. So I copied the phone bill, brought it to my boss and said "hey this guy is fucking this person phone bill on purpose to make money". And what do you think they did? did they fire him? NOPE. they just switched him from Verizon to office supplies and said hey cut that out. I even realized the guy who got me the job there, a friend i had know since i was 11, was doing shit like this. The longer I worked there the more different types of fraud i saw people committing and eventually said fuck this place and got outta there. That job had no base salary or residual payments, 100 percent commission. So if you didn't close deals you didn't get paid. Anyway the point of the story is lots of people commit fraud, and like this guy said they view it as a victimless crime. When all that stands between you and paying your rent, having food to eat, and maybe getting a little something nice for yourself, what would you do? Look at all the people in the comments applauding this guy for finessing the system. American values seem to be in favor of lying and cheating these days.

Strange how people in the comment section seem to like him when he single-handedly raised house prices in certain areas by up to five times with his “farming” scams, depriving who knows how many people from buying a house in the area.

His plan is ingenious but not unheard of and also part of the reason why the economy collapsed in 2008. For every guy like him who gets caught, there’s probably 30 or 40 who don’t because they’re not operating at a high level like he was.

I worked for the fastest growing mortgage refinancing company in WA state and this guy is nowhere near the only person who did this. As a matter of fact one of the first things trump did in office was repeal Obama regulations that helped curtail the banks and lenders doing this same thing. Except when they did it they just called it a subprime loan and it was legal. But yea it’s all legal again and it’s all happening again.
