Oh my God, that note @ 7:36 sent tremors through me, imagine hearing that in person! He looks so happy about that note, giving himself a little fist pump, and the security guard turning around after hearing that .. JC going above and beyond as always. He is the greatest vocalist ever, beyond flawless as usual here.. I wish his solo career had been more successful, and that record company didn't push him in the wrong direction to sabotage and bury him. They didn't need to do that. What a dirty industry. He deserved so much better. I'm so happy for him with his new album Playing With Fire, so glad to hear his voice again. He's still totally got it, he's so gifted. Always loved this man.

@diseasicon9 жыл бұрын
Amoramore7 To be fair, Matthew Morrison sounds a lot better here than he did in his London performance, since there, it seemed like he was trying to sound like Justin, and here, he is singing more naturally. An honestly, I think he sounds better here on this song than Justin ever did. However, yeah, JC totally blew him away, just like he did Justin everytime. There's a reason the two solos Justin got were the opening and the very end. JC had the majority of the song uninterrupted, Justin really just served to get the audience itching for JC, and then close it out and wind them down.

@@diseasicon Being a member of Nsync and not getting any solos (chris,lance, and Joey) must suck emotionally. JC is humble and great but Justin took every chance to sing most of the part of their songs which is totally unfair.

Just to put things into perspective, JC has a 4 octave singing range (and this for a man is amazing), so yeah not surprising he can still belt it out. None of the current popular mainstream male pop/r&b male vocal acts can out sing this man. He has a very unique freak of nature voice (in a good way). He basically shits on them (i.e. Justin Bieber, Zayn Malik and Bruno Mars) without even trying.
@eg23216 жыл бұрын
if you listen closely and compare side by side JC singing this when he was like 10 years younger, his voice actually got deeper and fuller YET he can still go that high...such a talent, too bad he doesn't like being in the media all the time or else I think he'd still be performing his own shows and not just guest appearing for his friends' shows

JC fans crack me up. The level of justified bitterness (hey, that works on two levels) is hilarious. Sometimes when I listen to this man sing I cannot believe how good he actually is. Also, I feel like the key for Don't Stop Believing was oddly high?
@doodledan868 жыл бұрын
He sings it high (without sounding like a girl) so that punk ass b****es like you cannot sing the song as an encore right after him! Okay? Just kidding. But really, he is one of the most undervalued male voices of our time. 4 Octave range (I've observed it to be 4 octaves 6 notes). Yes there have been lots of talented male vocalists to come out of talent reality shows but ask yourself this, How many of them are also blessed with good looks on top of talent? That in itself makes him more unique and rare. In mainstream music, the artist either has the "look" but no talent (unless you count taking off their clothes but everyone does that everyday don't we?) or if they are super talented, the artist is categorized into a special "niche" genre, aka Susan Boyle. So yes, JC fans do make a big deal about his talent! Even real old school musical legends like Smokey Robinson are drawn to him! People cannot help vocalizing their support for JC when they feel both JC and the world are being robbed of his truly god given voice! When something unjust happens in the world (yes I know there are more important issues than entertainers/singers), good luck trying to get people to shut up about it!
@katefkndoes8 жыл бұрын
I know very little about music so I can't comment on his range. I've seen enough written/videoed by other people to believe he has a 4 octave range and I know that's good. But other than that I can only speak to what I enjoy. And I am about 99% certain he could sing the phone book and I would bloody love it. But it does make make me happy to know that OTHER people are still bummed out by how much we have been robbed of his talent.
@doodledan868 жыл бұрын
+Kate Mills. Is it any wonder why Lance asked JC to sing for his wedding? That says a lot when Lance & Michael wanted JC to serenade for them as they took their first dance as a married couple! He could have had his pick of singers, but instead he followed his gut instinct! When asked by people why he chose JC, Lance's quote, "JC has got the best voice out of anyone I know or have ever heard!" When you have the likes of mediocre talents like Timberlake, Bieber, Robin Thicke (JC can put him to shame because he is able to sing R&B/Jazz better), how can a person not feel pissed off whenever Sheeple fans of theirs boast about how "talented" or "the best" these phonies are? Sadly as long as stupid people outnumber sensible intelligent people, manufactured douches like Bieber & Timberlake will continue to siphon money out of them!
@katefkndoes8 жыл бұрын
HiHai Ladi that was a somewhat iffy performance from JC and it was STILL epic. I really appreciated that Lance did that, because it was almost like he was saying - this is my brother, who is amazing. And as an old school *NSYNC fan I have all of the opinions on that! There are talented people in the industry at the moment, but they are few and far between!
