Matthew's Methods: Easiest (and Delicious) Mini Cheesecakes

Matthew will be showing you how to make some of the easiest and delicious cheesecakes ever with little effort!
Here's the recipe
3 blocks of 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1.) Mix the cream cheese and
2/3 cup sugar sugar, then add the eggs and
3 eggs vanilla
1 teaspoon vanilla 2.) Lightly spray the muffin tins
1 pint blackberries then line with the wafers
1 pint raspberries 3.) Add cream cheese
1-2 pints blueberries mixture then bake at 350
Raspberry or strawberry jelly degrees for about 20min.
24 vanilla wafers 4.) DECORATE!!!!

Yes, I am self taught I usually have a base recipe, then adjust it. This cheesecake recipe is from my mom.
