0:14 sounds like one of those acoustic licks from one of those early 2000s R&B/Hip Hop songs. That’ll make a nice beat!
@PatrikVrazba Жыл бұрын
Actually, they recorded it that way in the original song

@@PatrikVrazba Oh my mistake! I kinda misunderstood what you were saying. I thought you meant the original unreleased song was recorded with an acoustic guitar. Sorry.😂
@PatrikVrazba Жыл бұрын
@@Guitarist888 what i meant was the actual lick on electic guitar, not played on acoustic haha don't sweat it

As one of my favorite Relatively recent Trivium songs. I did not expect this, and I’m not complaining. Brilliant! So good! Sounds borderline opera. Well done Matt.

MKH, your verbal judo at recent shows has been exemplary, ie the Brazilian Jujitsu references. Additionally I have recently become somewhat of an arm-chair Aikido master!!!💥!!💥!!! I don't just mean by watching all the Classic Steven Seagal movies either. Sometimes its often better to be a mouse potato than a couch potato...AHAHAHA!💥!

Those ascending chords sound similar to Hangar 18. Really cool how that comes through in this version.

I don’t think my kids will be old enough for metal before you guys hang it up, but I hope I can take them to an acoustic show you guys might do as we all get older. The acoustic stuff sounds great and I feel like you haven’t even leaned into it yet. Ascendancy is hitting 20 years, and I can’t have more CTE, acoustic would be great for those of us with concussions and tinnitus and I’d beg if needed.

The verses sound like Hangar 18 by Megadeth, otherwise a GREAT version of an already deadly heavy, meaningful song! Trivium has been killer since the beginning!
