If you think that sour cream takes mashed spuds to the next level; may I suggest using cream cheese instead and also try zhushing things up a bit more by using a few baby reds with the skins on into the mix. It really pushes them up to gourmet status. To keep it festive for the holidays, add some chopped green onions or chives in at the end. Delicious!
