Funny how I sold my 14 Pro max to get the 15 pro max, unfortunately it's not available in my country yet, so bought a Xs 256gb for temporary use. Man, this phone still rocks, I can still game on it, can still take nice photos, the only downside is the ram management, battery and camera stability. battery still can make till a day if you turn on Low Power Mode with basic usage. Still an 8/10 phone in 2023

I'm still using it now in 2023. For me ram management is decent, camera is still really relevant compared to recent flagship, only the downside is battery life. Otherwise still decent phone tho , despite it was released in 2018.

just got it second hand for $200 with 256gb and 89% bh. it's performance still way way better than average brand new phone with the same price nowadays, it's mindblowing.

This is the oldest iPhone that supports eSIM, that, and the fact it still got iOS 17 update makes it a great temporary or backup phone to buy these days.

Batterylife on this iPhone ist terrible today. Mine only lasts for around 3 Hours Screen on Time (with 74% battery Health). The photos at Night time are also not good. But when there is enough light They are pretty good for such an old phone. Performance is okay if you use social media, KZbin or Safari.

I actually prefer the 5.8" screen size versus the 6.1" and larger ones today. To me it's the perfect size not too big or too small. And these older iPhones actually hold up pretty well. For alot of people on a budget, buying iPhones a few generations old is the only way they can afford an iPhone. Buying a 5 year old iPhone is better than buying some budget and mid range phones that are new. The only thing i will say is when i got a used XS that had 87 percent battery health, i was gettihg 4 to 4 and a half hours of SOT. But in every other area, it held up very well.

In the future the more advanced technology gets the smaller cameras will be. Years ahead those three lenses will be one Lense or maybe two lenses similar to what the XS looks like. With that in mind I think the XS design is actually looks more modern than the 15 pro. Bought a 14 pro returned it and I’m back on my trusty XS I bought in 2018. It’s a great phone

The Rolls Royce Ghost of iPhones. Change the battery if it’s at 80% and you intend to keep it for at least another 1-2 years and you’re good to go. These phones were ahead of their time in terms of silicon. Go watch an iPhone 14 Pro vs XS speed test and tell me that’s not impressive.

I actually sold my iPhone 12 mini for like $250 on eBay and then bought a brand new sealed XS max 256gb off eBay for $440. So it’s like I paid $200 for a brand new XS max 256gb with 💯🔋health for an iPhone that once was over $1200 when launched. Only problem is it does get warm, but almost every iPhone I’ve ever had does the same thing. A case helps a lot with that.

@@rafalopes7812 I offered a friend of mine the 11Pro Max and they looked at it and said What is this a dummy or play phone ? It feels like it weighs less than a pound. They didn’t want it so I took it back and Sold the 11 Pro Max. the iPhone 11 Pro Max is one of the worst iPhone design Apple built No weight or feel to it.

Nothing wrong with that, however the 11 pro max is the only way to go. Battery life is easily 2-3 hours more.

I upgraded to the 15 and it’s not that much different besides battery life. I upgraded for that reason and my Face ID had given up a couple years back. I only upgrade in large increments every 4-5 years. I think if my Face ID still worked I would’ve just replaced the battery and kept it for another year or until it was no longer supported but now I’ll do that with the 15
