I felt the S25 Ultra at BestBuy and the phone feels noticeably durable than my S23 Ultra. That said, I prefer a boxier look. Helps the phone show off QDHD+ display.

You were one of the few honest ones who convinced me to get the LG V60, long after LG had closed down and I must say, it's been a great purchase. If it weren't for the good trade-in deals, they wouldn't (imo) be selling a lot of phones this year. The only upgrade was the chipset and the other changes were just for change sake. I bought a new S23 Ultra at half the SRP last December because the leaks were really underwhelming. Great video, Mat!

An ultra phone should have the best specs and features to match the price. The biggest things lacking from the phone is a bigger battery and a better 3x telephoto camera. They should round out the edges a little like the iphone so it looks and feels a little better. They are also using the same display from last year while the iphone and pixel use newer displays. Hopefully the s26 ultra gets these needed upgrades. The plus is better value this year.

As good as it looks (S24U was awesome looks too) it just feels like a downgrade because of the missing bt Spen We didn’t use it every day but when we did it was nice to have to skip tracks from far away and as a shutter button. Know now that it’s not there is a bummer because the ultra has always crammed all the features and Samsung gave us all of it. They didn’t care if we didn’t use it.
