I've been using the S24 Ultra since last year. Believe me, my daily average screen-on time is about 7 to 8 hours, but I don't feel uncomfortable holding it for a single second. I use it without a case or screen protector. Every time I see its design, I admire it. I feel like I'm holding something different, high-tech, in my hand.

S24 ultra design was much better and I absolutely hate the fact that they removed the bluetooth feature from the Spen. I bought the iphone15 Pro when it was released but fell in love with the S24 ultra when it was released and really wanted to buy it but it didn't make sense to get another phone within 3 months. I really wanted to buy the S25 ultra before release. Now that it is released, the design I'd still accept but the bluetooth feature turned me off. Definitely not the perfect phone.

Chinese OEMs beg to differ. As a longtime Samsung fan and costumer, I tried a Xiaomi(14 Ultra) for the first time ever, and I can't see myself ever going back to a Samsung flagship as long as they keep scamming us with the same product year in year out. It's unacceptable that they're on their 4th year of using the same camera sensors and battery. The saving grace for Samsung is their flawless software, imo, it's the best smartphone software on the market, but that's still not enough to bring back to use their phones, next for me will be the X200 Pro Mini.

I compared the S24 Ultra and the S25 Ultra at a shop today. I could not even notice the bigger display and smaller bezels when comparing them to the S24 Ultra. It is basically the same phone, in a different shape, with a better processor, without all the Bluetooth functionality, and one better camera specification. I really like the Flossy Carten, He is a KZbinr who really says the true: S25 Ultra is basically the same phone!

Please influencers,don't hype this phone anymore.. especially in the UK..this is just not really good phone from Samsung. Samsung is now going back with innovation. Cons: Cameras are just above average compared to the other companies with cheaper price. Only hype is zoom camera and that too you will see Ai brushing after certain zoom range. battery is terrible, I am saying this because of my 24 ultra.. SOT is just 5:30 to 6 hours after 6 months of battery degradation with internet on. trade in is just a joke last year I brought 1 tb variant of s24 ultra..when I check for trade in it's not even 30% in UK, and the biggest con is this phone is now around £1250, with in 6 months It will fall by 30 % from the original price, so other carriers are making even less when doing trade-in. Now with this s25 ultra s pen downgraded as well.. it's one of the niche features of a ultra series.. Only pro is just Ai and that Ai is mostly available in Google phones as well.

Design change is a big step backwards in my opinion. Ultra now looks like plus, and almost every other phone on the market. On top of that, it feels cheap in the hand, somehow plasticky, due to its reduced weight. After 2 good generations, this one is a bit of a let down.

I have both an S24U and S22U in my possession. I'd decided to keep my S24U and trade in my S22U for the S25U, but I love my Bluetooth sPen functionality, and I'm not sure if I can go on without it. @VitiateTheImmortal you get a smaller screen (less wide but longer which is not what you want) you lose a feature (yes losing a blutooth feature isn't an upgrade) every single software features you get on previous devices. it costs more that a brand new s24 (excluding new case) the camera preforms exactly like last year (nothing worth it's higher pricing) looks ulglier imo (debatable) lack of originality. (it looks like an S24 ++) all that for nice corners and a chip you can't even take full advantage of even if you tried. every die hard note series is being killed Samsung. first they kill the note, now they kill it's S variant 💀. at this point just kill the ultra and just move the 2 extra cameras the S25 plus is missing.

Same man, had the Galaxy note 9 since around August of 2018. It's been an absolutely juggernaut but sadly I cracked the screen this year and the glass that was in front of the rear cameras fell off around two years ago, the battery is also starting to show severe signs of degradation, but 6 years isn't to bad and it was a great investment from my perspective. I plan on getting the s25 Ultra in a couple months too

I've just had zero issues with the phone and it does everything I need it to do on a daily basis so why get rid of it. Being built from titanium and gorilla glass 2.0 it's supposed to be more durable then the cheaper versions of the s25.

i consider myself to be a bit of a gadget head. and i remember when the s22 ultra came out. its design was so innovative and my upgrade cycle is every two years on my contract. the s24 ultra was a bit of a let down as it really wasn't that different so i decided to hold on 6 months to get the 25 ultra. and to be honest i'm a bit disappointed again. i will be getting it but i really do love the excitment of seeing what is new about a phone. but really there is not that much new. and in fact i have a better spen. i really feel samsung needs to innovate more. even if it is just the design. i'm spending 1000+ on a phone it would be nice if it stood out a bit more.

Salaam dear @Safwan Give me your honest advice: I have a perfect working S21 Ultra 512 GB storage - 16GB RAM version. I was always planning on upgrading after 4 years to the S25 U 1 TB version. I expected it to have 16 GB of RAM too. After reading and watching all these videos and and comparisons, I am not convinced the S25U is a good deal now. Would you advise me to take a S24 U 1TB iso this one? Does the new chipset and soft and- hardware 'improvements' justify buying the S25 or not? Or do you advise to wait and see how the S25 will fare in the coming weeks and months before making a final decision? Do you think that with software updates, the video and camera quality could still improve with S25U and possibly match or overtake the 16 pro max? Or is it really the hardware that has hit a ceiling and can't do any better? Thank you for your help...

I've ordered the s25 ultra but I think the 24 looks better plus has the Bluetooth pen, but I got a good deal on the new one that's why I went for it, but I much prefer the s24

I suspect your deal was with trade in and those cheap headphones. If so you didn't get a better deal. Samsung got a better deal by selling you their phone for the full price since they will sell your trade in refurbished phone for the same price + the price you paid. Which means full price for them. And you are down pretty much half of the old phone value. Even if you traded in your previous phone with the one before you still had to buy one of your phones for a full price. Which means you are down and Samsung is up in terms of money

Great video! Thank you for taking the time to make it; it was very informative. I would appreciate it if you have time to do a comparison of the S23 Ultra, please. That's the phone I currently have. I agree; a $750.00 trade-in value is awesome-that's what the trade-in value was to buy the S24 Ultra last year. I ordered it and kept it for a couple of days, but then I realized that there wasn't that much of a difference and that most of the AI features were coming down to the S23 Ultra, so I sent it back. I'm waiting patiently for the S25 Ultra this year, only to be very disappointed that they took away the Bluetooth function of the S Pen. I use the S Pen for the camera shutter all the time. So now I'm struggling with whether I should upgrade to the S25 Ultra or not. I'm also thinking that if I wait until the S26 Ultra, the trade-in value for the S23 Ultra will be a lot lower. And you never know, they may remove the S Pen altogether. It would be great to have your opinion on the differences between the S23 Ultra and the S25 Ultra. Thanks again.

Madly the S24U is more expensive with pre order. With trade in you can get the S25U for £528 + free case, wireless charger and earbuds! Im still sticking with my S24 Ultra though.

Calling it the worst phone is a stretch. It's certainly not worth upgrading vs the S24, but it's still an immensely solid phone across the board, basically getting 8-9 out of ten in every category (albeit maybe a 7 in battery, by 2025 standards). Beats Oneplus in cameras, beats Pixel in mobile-gaming, beats iPhone in OS customization and display, etc. It being a marginal upgrade simply means it will be a very solid flagship phone, but not quite Phone of the Year material like its predecessor was.

I've had the S22 Ultra, I think it had a 100 mega pixel camera. The S23Ultra then would have had a 200 mp camera. IMO a huge upgrade. Samsung needs to perfect the software on the 200 mp camera.
