good vid. fyi sanding isn't just for a better finish, it gives a "key" for the next coat. also, wont get stop/start marks with roller if maintain a "wet edge"

Did you add the extra wheels in the middle because the aluminium sagged? How rigid or strong is the extrusion?

since it looks like your workshop gets a lot of outside air, it might also be wise to coat the underside of those panels. humidity is not kind to those bonded materials over time.

Ik wil een iets kleinere variant bouwen (120x200), zouden 20x20 profielen stevig genoeg zijn? (eventueel extra spanten)

He is using an epoxy polyurethane paint, it is pretty common at auto paint supply stores.

It's not cheap, depends on where you get your profiles and how big you want to make your table

6 Jaar geleden heb ik er ook zo een paar gemaakt. Was van het merk Motedis. Je nu op YT filmpjes terug vinden van hun. Zeg nu zelf, het kost wat geld, maar het is zo fijn om mee te werken hé. Er komt niets aan, ben je het beu of wil je een verandering doen, draai je ze uit mekaar.
