In these 4 clips are a few interesting moments I selected from the Aikido seminar taught by Matti Joensuu Sensei this summer. The full video is over 2 hours. I have titled these clips "What is Aikido?" because this expression of aikido is very pure and gives an indication or what makes ideal aikido different from other variant forms that look similar. -Robert Bergman
