I've tried this plane lately. as I love playing with attack plane (ground support load out) in BF1. this load out is a little bit more tricky to use than the ground support but the quick repair is a magical bullet when you are involving in a air to air fighting. Anyway, I really like your videos Mathias, I learned a lot from you. Keep going with your team! 😎

Matti! Thanks for making this video. I'm going to pretend that it's because I asked you to and not because it was totally inevitable. As far as dogfighting with this plane, my recommendation is to fire shells at the enemy plane while it's turning. They are slower to make micro adjustments and you know exactly there they are flying to. In my experience the hardest shot with this plane is the straight on shot from behind. Thanks again and I'm looking forward to the next one.

They buffed it in the new may patch... increased fire rate and less projectile drop... very much needed cause It wasn't very effective

I am so happy for tank Hunter plane I was using it before but the bullet drop was massive the damage weak and bullet speed too slow but now is back in action,nice.

Matti I won't know if you read the patch notes but you can now freelook while in 3rd person which just gives you a back facing angle which is good for seat switching

... CLearLy it helps to have a GOOD tail gunner... no doubt... many times I fly straight for the tail gunner to shoot the enemy plane only to be left by him bailing out... tail gunner calling and spotting and shooting straight... invaluable

I had sort of black during the loading screen before you get into a game. I'm also having a problem where I have hit registration at all. 5 minutes ago I emptied(!) a mag with the Ribeyrolles into an enemy player. Nothing happend at all. I'm on PS4 btw.

Velocity has a great impact on bombs trajectory. To kill AA statinoary gun you don't need aim at it with the main gun. You should be able bomb it from high altitude. Flak damage there is not that high as close to the ground. So with high speed you can drop your bombs and get away with the kill. But you have to learn how to use precise bombing with crosshairs. It can be very counter intuitive at first.

I guess you missed the changes to A in the upate. Bombing from high altitude has always been the noob alternative which now has been remove as viable option

ever since the major nerf on the trench fighter. I've been also playing with the attack plane. the attack plane feels so slow compared to the fighter.

Do you have to release the bombs earlier in the fighter plane compared to the attack plane? Because it seems slower.

The darts of the trench fighter travels forward after release, the tank hunter bombs seem to drop almost straight down

No it's not. Planes have a capped rate of turn, and acceleration, so unlike infantry, there's no accuracy advantage in using a mouse.
