I'm 55 years old, Travis, and I know exactly how you feel. I miss those type of services as well. You are absolutely right, churches nowadays have gotten more about entertainment than worship, and as a Minister of Music, that bothers me. I'm constantly looking for songs from back in the day -- songs that my momma sang, my grandmother sang, my daddy and grand daddy sang. Folks giving testimonies, and and never been through a test (now I'm going to leave that alone. That's a whole other subject).

yes i'm back again It would not hurt to try this type of singing again. i like twinkie clark and Bishop Richard Mr cean. You have to forgive me '74 years old and i can still pick them up and lay them down. why? because i still listen to old school. it keeps me young in spirt.. like some of the new songs but give me my old school.

Auntie Rose Goes is A member of Fountain COGIC in Ann Arbor, MI, (supt. Samuel Peppers) She is the assistant Minister of Music of S.W. Michigan 3rd Jurisdiction. ANd Minister of music for the Womens department choir. I ususally play for her in September during SW3 state womens convention.
