@@matthorndrums honestly that's why I found it so funny. Then that hand guy asking all kinds of questions. He wanted a drum head or sticks so bad but couldn't ask. Lol. Good stuff.
@yanmetal21115 ай бұрын
@@paulsawake3369 I think it's basically okay to ask the techs if you're interested in such things, as long as you don't disturb their work all the time. Maybe he's an up-coming musician himself and is looking for a way to get started or is just interestet in such things. But against the background of simply taking things that don't belong to you, these questions were very much about him wanting something of value. Maybe to sell or for his buddies, who knows. But that's really not right. Yes, guitarists sometimes throw their used picks into the crowd or drummers throw drumsticks after last songs. But simply helping yourself to take from the stock... that's really not okay.

Since I haven't commented much I think before today. Just have to say, I found you through Tank´s electric callboy vlogs, someone mentioned you there. Have watched all the videos from start to finish since. And when I found out you drum tech for Luke, loved it even more. Since I Love FIR also. And after these vlogs I actually listen more to the drums, more in dept then I used too. And I forgot the drum techs name for Electric callboy, but I now follow him too. Such a cool guy, and I see what he does in Tank´s videos too when he is future there. And I notice details that I didnt before, even with EC drummer David. So I have learned so much from your videos, love that. Things I didnt think about that a drum tech does, you show. It's so interesting! Hope you guys come and do a show in Norway some day, I'll keep an eye out if I see you. Hehe. :D You rock! I love your humor too. Hope you keep doing these, it's amazing. And makes the day better. :D

I was a hand at the 013 venue in Holland for about 7 years. I always taught myself: Don't stand in the way, do as you're told and in return I at times told guys to not piss me off, cause I was in control of whether they had a power supply or not xD Most guys could tell I was playing and laughed it off. Most roadies were always so relaxed and easy going. Nah, always good tmes. Worked as an allround hand and a runner for plenty of bands. Oh the days.
