Outstanding playing and articulation. It doesn't matter whether it's a Model D or some other synth, it's always more about the player.

I've taken all the furniture out of my bed rooms to get more synths in I have no bed but 17 synths is a Yamaha sy 55 classed as a synth

I saw jamiroquai in Zurich years ago. And I think you played the bassline on the Alesis at deeper underground. I've never heard such a crazy deep synth bass - the whole stadium was shaking

Man this reminds me of my old Model D. It was a later model and it probably needed major servicing, but it just sounded so huge (probably old components drifting out of spec over time). Different from other minis I tried. I really regret selling it. Absolutely lovely sound!

I recently read Gary Numan’s autobiography and he describes the moment back in whenever (70’s can’t remember off the top of my head) that he first came across the mini moog and how it just blew him away. After watching this I can see why now. OMG. Awesome. Awesome.

Ah yes the good ole Mini! Amazing how after some 40 years it sounds every bit as fresh as it back in the day. Such a simple synth, and such a iconic sound! Sadly I'll have to settle for the Behringer version.. which actually sounds pretty good as well, so in that respect I'm happy to be able to get all of those iconic sounds, minus the big physical presence.. Thanks for this demo, I really enjoyed it! Maybe you should team up with MootBooxle some time ;)

I can listen to hours of what's between 3:29 and 5:00. So dreamy, I absolutely love it. Oh yeah - oscillator sync is possible with a modification - Rivera Music Services was offering it in the 80s. However, that likely requires some drilling in the front panel.
