I realized near the end of this video that I had a HUGE grin on my face just watching it. Kudos to all the guys. Jamie for doing the backflip, Ben for the 3-whip, and especially Matt, for coming back after injury, doing it, and looking smooth and easy!! I'm in the middle of a very long process of repairing my flat feet, and it's going to be a total of about 18 months without any serious riding. I'm just soaking in as many bike videos as I can right now, and looking forward to my next rip through the local bike park.

@@WestCoastMountainBiker I got my left foot done about 6 months ago, and my right foot will be done in the spring. (I don't want to have to use a scooter/peg-leg during the winter here in Utah) They reconstruct 2 bones in each foot to build the arch shape, and then lengthen your Achilles tendon to relax the muscle structure of your foot. It's a brutal recovery. 6 months in I still can't do a full calf raise on just my left foot, but it's getting stronger by the day. I would only recommend this to someone who has a lot of knee, hip, or back pain as a result of flat feet (I have all 3, and at 22 years old, I probably shouldn't), otherwise, I'd look for less intrusive options.

@@danielfloyd9742 wow. Thanks for the info. I struggle with lower back pain and I have a left knee that hinders me time and again, but that is from a skateboarding injury. An orthopedic surgeon also told me about reconstructing the arch but we started with inner soles that were especially made according to my feet. But they are very expensive and my personal opinion is that they don't offer any solution. Damn uncomfortable the walk with too. I'll probably die with flat feet. But maybe we should get some sort of compensation... like disability parking spots....😉
