I think they'll set Z3 in another world, since Z3 is a seperate game rather than a Part-3. That way we can get stuff like Aquarion Evol and Mazinkaiser SKL, and find some clever way to explain Code Geass R3 into it.

It suddenly occured to me that most ZEUTH series probably aren't going to reappear in Z3 (if there is one). I wanted to see a combo attack with the METEORs. Oh well.

Indeed. This is reinforced in the Z series especially since Kira joins much later than Shinn in all the Z games and in L. Kira also has less quotes and dialogue than Shinn in the z2 Saga. He's literally a support character while Shinn, even though his series is over by z2, is treated like a main character.

Seem unlikely we'll see EVOL and Mazinkaiser SKL can easily be worked in the ZEXIS world. And Akito isn't CG R3, it's between CG R1 and CG R2. However they're remodeling the KMFs and Suzaku and set to appear. Which means that if fan demand is high enough they may redo CG R2 and have Akito join the Black Knights. So there may still be hope on a better CG ending where Lelouch and Kallen aren't screwed over while Ohgi gets everything he ever wanted.

They actually fixed the character in these games so hes not much of an over powered Gary Stu. Which for that Im glad. Strike Freedom however is still really OP. Pretty sure that there are other suits in this game that are just as OPed as strike freedom.

That's why I love Strike Freedom so much. For me, it was the first Gundam that could rival Wing Zero (my favorite) in terms of pure OP awesomeness.

I think it was more that they realized he was only meant to be a supporting character in destiny instead of the Main character role he ended up being promoted too. Still SF gets like 3 combination attacks so I wouldn't say the unit is that bad off.

That seems like too much work and Banpresto isn't going to do the same thing again in Z3 as it did with the z2 Saga. Besides they already set up that ZEUTH can cross over to the ZEXIS verse because of Gaioh's antics. That and they still have to wrap up series that were in z2, this isn't like Z where everything was wrapped up or their sequels retconned out(Like Zeta ending via movie and CCA not being possible anymore)/

They really should give all of the SEED Gundams new sprites and battle animations in the next Z game. When compared to a lot of the other mech sprites, especially the new sprite for Nu Gundam, their sprites really look outdated.

It seems tacked on, Z3 may end up doing the Brasta route agin and have the Li-Brasta R and B combine together for a much more powerful mecha to go along with Esther going all Super DM Human.

I have the unit fully upgraded and on some of the attacks I had Hot Blood/Valor cast. Fully upgraded attacks in SRW Z2 will often do over 10k damage.

Kinda... miss the old cutscene with Kira and Lacus, it was cute and cool to me at least... And wish they focus on that dragoon return full size. Would have been much cooler then a bam, I'm Kira and this is strike freedom. That's just me though.

I'm not sure if he counts as the hero for Destiny in Super Robot Wars L. For one, the box art has Destiny with the group of main robos and in game, when Kira first shows up, he's only an NPC unit that you cannot control but is on your side. On the other hand, Shinn actually is in your party for a good chunk of the game.

I'm actually starting to believe that the LiBrasta was a last minute idea. Given how underwhelming the animation is for both forms and how well the animation is for most of the cast it starts to make sense. Perhaps they were working with many different ideas for the LiBrasta and in the end ran out of time and had to rush what we ended up getting. All of the original villians for Saisei Hen have better animations.

Main characters like Shinn, Lunamaria, Kira, Athrun, and Lacus are shoe ins for Z3. They're too important and popular not to include and the ZEUTH crew can jump to the ZEXIS world once a year. Which means that anyone they can fit into the Eternal should make it through just fine. Though it's unlikely we'll see the ZEUTH world again since Z3 is being set up to happen in the ZEXIS world.

They ran of of budget near the end. Compare the Li-Brasta's static attacks with Nu Gundam, looks far worse than any of the SEED Destiny mains.

You're probably not the only one. However Destiny is just one of those touchy topics that can easily start a flame war. Personally I think Destiny is the perfect suit the represent the show as Shinn was initially supposed to be the main character. The Z series has always treated him as such too with Athrun and Kira taking on the Char and Amuro roles respectively. Although I can see where you are coming from given the change in focus for the last 1/3rd of the series.

***** Absolutely, SRW Z really handled the plot a lot better. They worked the fight between Shinn and Kira really well into the overall plot. Since half of Zeuth is with Kira then and the other half is with Shinn so you actually have a mission where depending on the main character you choose will be fighting half of the series that side with whoever you're character didn't side with. Then there's the Zeuth route at the end where Shinn uses his powers as a faith member to remain with the group. Aside from that thanks to Kamille and Setsuko, Shinn is a lot more level headed and gets more development than he had in the original series. Many people consider Shinn in SRW Z to be the true representation of the character.
