Matt is visiting Jake in Columbia Missouri to look at a building that Jake has built on a wooden foundation. Not only that, there's no concrete anywhere in this build. They answer questions about why anyone would do this when concrete is such a reliable and available alternative as well as how they protected the wooden foundation from water.
