Ok...When you pulled up the dinosaur I had a mouthful of coffee aimed at my laptop....thank God I missed. I love listening to you as you work and your humor is really so genuine. When I started with wire 4 years ago I felt so intimidated until I snapped out of it by assuring myself I was the master of manipulation..not the wire, because it is just wire.. now it's like an extension of my hands. Thank you for another great video Matt.

You are such a treasure. You are so inspiring and you literally just helped my mental health with the way you look at the world. My perspective is completely different after listening to what you said about, "just show up". I am afraid to let people down so I end up not ever even starting anything or from following through with anything, commitment terrifies me. Sometimes I won't check my phone for a week because I didn't respond fast enough and looking at the missed calls and texts terrifies me. But your videos help me so much. I can't believe you are such a small channel. Please do not stop making videos!

OMG u r 2 funnee and fun. Thanx for pointing out about learning and mistakes because today I made my first wire wrap ring and it has overworked wire that you know, kind of hardened, and kinks where I didn't want it and the wraps are uneven tension. This looks easy but to get it meticulous takes skill. I have those kind of stones you used and can't wait to give that a try. Thanx so much for your spirit, aesthetics, skills and teaching talents. I'll be back for sure!!

I never comment on videos, but out of all the wire wrap tutorials-yours leave room for error and creativity so you always give people the option of doing things how they want to do them. PLEASE do a tutorial on placing raw druzy or rough diamond in bezel cups AND more so a video on how to create a prong setting for raw rings and placing the stone in the setting! Thanks!!

I just want to say, I love and appreciate how you tackle the perfectionist’s procrastination problem straight from the beginning. People like me have a crippling problem with that, as it seems you already know, and that just might be the difference between letting resistance get in the way and actually taking action. So, for that reason I subscribed. Thank you! P.S. not that your work and video wasn’t enough to make me subscribe, just to be clear. Lol. All of the above seem excellent. Thanks again!!

Kayci, all of life is messy and beautiful. The beauty is in the mudpile, not in contemplating how to get over it and keep your clothes clean while all the other kids seem to have all the fun. But it's a bad habit so many of us keep falling into of judging our actions instead of just acting and trusting that it will be okay, mistakes and all
