Since kaguya takes off a percentage of the current health when it attacks, the more attacks kaguya gets off, the less overall damage it does to the metal enemy. Thats why the knockbacks on the enemies slow down the longer that kaguya attacks it since the knockbacks on the enemies occur at equally spaced health intervals and kaguya doesn't take off the same amount of health with each attack. So enemies with lots of knockbacks when attacked by kaguya tend to not skip too many knockbacks due to the declining damage from kaguya making it seem like they stay alive longer due to getting saved by their knockbacks

Million syndrome is not that bas it requires skill luck and knowledge and remember cat units are built for different stages mizil is built to be paired up with long range anti aliens and knockback slow metal is very good for many stages with metal

To my knowledge, what metal killer does is reduce the metal enemy's MAX health by 12%, so for example, a Metal Hippoe would only have 88% of its max health as the health it would now have, and then the ability would reudce 12% off of that repeatedly. In my opinion, I guess that would now make kaguya a support spammable unit, so you should still probably have units that crit to go long with her. If Im wrong, thats fine

kaguya technically can solo metal enemies, however it’s much more beneficial to have a critter. once the metal enemy drops all the way to ~1% it may as well be doing the base 1 damage to metals. and if the metal has high enough health, that one percent may be hard to take out at that rate.

Kaguya is actually like the frog metaphor. She won't easily be able to kill metal enemies, and does decreasing damage because her 12% is of their current health, not their max health, so her first attack will always be her strongest. That being said, if she ever gets the enemy down to 1hp, she will kill them. In any case, this was done to balance her and make it so you also have to still somewhat use critters to actually kill them, but Kaguya both slows them for cc and deals some crazy damage now, so have fun! Notice how with the metal cyclone, every attack she was doing at the start was knocking him back, but then she was doing a bunch of attacks at the end that weren't? Well that's because as the metal cyclone decreases in health, so does her damage per hit, but she can still kill metal enemies eventually because even when the have low health, she's still doing at least one damage from her base attack.

Matt i recommend trying to get dark phono as he essentially phono but slow, also if you have the np fully talenting balrog is a good idea as he hard counters a lot of stages.dr skull even solo'ed Ghost King Finale (Kappy Kawano) using only balrog (though his balrog was lv 130+it took a lot of trys)

The reason Kaguya is not like the frog is because her hit still counts as 1. So, you could reduce an enemy's health by 12% and it would never reach zero, but hitting it once when it has 1 HP is enough, we can go home, soldiers

Kaguya's metal killer takes 12% of a metal enemie's CURRENT metal hp, meaning the more hits it deals, the less damage it does, so you will need critters still to help but she will remove a lot of their hp. Also unlock the knockback talent from her true form, the combination of knockback + slow reduces metal enemies to ash

Matt, you're correct about kaguya in the fact that "the frog does not reach the wall", it's 12% CUURENT hp (if you play league think blade of the ruined king). Despite this, it still chunks out high hp metals and can still use the 1hp base damage to finish off low hp metals.

If it was 12% of max health it would only take 9 hits to kill any enemy. If its 12% of current health then the roughly 60 hits it took would reduce the boss health of 77,777 HP down to less then 50 health. The metal hippo at 11:15 took 22 hits which would bring his 80 hp down to about 5. None of that is taking the base damage into account and idk enough about how the metal attribute negates damage to do more calculations, but basically its 12% of current not total health.

Matt I have Windy at UF with max talents, and let me be completely honest She is a damn raid boss against Floating enemies, if I remember correctly if you get all her buffs when she gets low.on health, she deals I think 1.3M damage per hit on Floating enemies

Yeah current HP % damage can never kill anything on it's own unless the damage formula rounds things up, allowing it to always do at least 1 damage, otherwise if it rounds down you'll eventually do 0 damage. However since Kaguya does a normal hit as well so it wouldn't be a problem anyways, not to mention the other cats.

Metal killer is of the current health, it does NOT take away health based on the max health, it is based on the health the metal enemy currently has/has left over. Eventually it will get down to like 1 and kill the metal enemy. Ngl this might be the worst ultra form besides Aer. Great vs metal but it is in fact based on remaining HP and not max hp of the metal enemies. Edit: in other words, kaguya deals less and less metal damage the less health the metal enemy has

I'm not sure about this but I think that the reason that she can hit the wall is because not only does she have metal killer that does 12% of the enemy's HP but also her base damage (1 because it's a metal and she doesn't have crit) so if she did 0 damage and had metal killer then yes she will never hit the wall. Also I think it's pronounced, Kaa-goo-ya not how you pronounce it, though I may be wrong.

Ultra talents is also a thing that you can use with dark catseyes, for me the best choice for ultra talents would be Kuu or that guy from wargods set which I forgot the name of, obviously this isn’t very practical cuz u already finished uncanny legends so Kuu wouldn’t be that good.
