Just a tip, use gao to progress uncanny legend. I know curse makes him almost useless but he is still useful due to his range, making him almost impossible to curse as long as you meat shield properly. 9k dps against all traited is nothing to laugh at and it would help you a lot

Matt, I recommend you true form vars and talent him. Vars' talents (in case you forgot, vars has 50% chance to slow or knockback black enemies. Vars talents feature knockback chance increase (no clue how much), but most importantly target relic enemies and immunity to relic curses. Yes, I know you have practically announced your engagement with Tyrant cat, but vars anti relic procs make him one of the best anti relic crowd control on the game. He helps crowd control against annoying relic enemies like relic bun bun, who you will see twice more (in maybe around the tenth subchapter and around the thirtieth subchapter), but also m.ost. M.ost is the relic ostrich, with higher health, faster movement speed, but has guaranteed knockback and slow, plus curse against your cats, and 10 damage knockbacks. Vars does a surprisingly good crowd control against relics, not to mention his decent standing range of 460 (or something, I'm not a wiki nerd), his decent survivability and his fairly high generalist damage output (like 5.5k dps) for a unit of his standing range And no, I swear I'm not biased because I like dioramos, if I was I would be spitting out bs that dioramos has anti relic talents, which he doesn't

The easiest way to beat this stage is to use research up combos, so future cat can perma stall bun bun + any ranged attacker, slapsticks is a nice option. You can also use Ebisu, he completely destroys bosses that don't have a lot of support.

Hey Matt, here's some tips for you The most important thing you should probably do is tf drama cats to slapstick cats using an elder catfruit as it is amazing against relics. I also recommend getting the tf of catman since he does massive damage against relics and will help you a lot in UL If you want to tf other legend cats, I'd recommend ururun and mina. Mecha bun is trash so I wouldn't recommend wasting an elder catfruit on him Also, you can now upgrade your legend cats to level 40 since you beat relic bun bun, so I highly recommend hypermaxing awakened bahamut immediately
