I love the mid-entry door. I wish more companies would offer this and not just on "entry-level" motorhomes. It is really such a game changer. When you are full timing or most timing you want your RV to feel like a home and a big part of that is having a real front door. No one wants to feel like they are getting on the city bus when they just spent half a million dollars.

Absolutely love this RV. Dislikes 1 tilt a bed 2 no power cord reel 3 sewer dump location (maybe move to next bay by itself) LIKES 1 LOVE the mid entry door 2 the front cockpit area for driver & passengers 3 the layout is awesome. Living area in front, kitchen and dining across from each other. Nice size bathroom and bedroom. Somebody loan me 200k. 😂😂 Keep up the great reviews👍👍👍

I agree with you on all the likes and dislikes. I also think the bed is an opportunity to have a Murphy bed setup with a full couch for Andrea to nap with seat belts, and additional entertaining space. The only other thing please know I mean well. The outro has got to go! Just the unison “see ya later”. You are real or seem to be quite genuine. I love your banter, gentle ribbing, and caring comments for others. The schtick is unnecessary. Love this unit! 2 tv's same room not needed, Matt we adore you & Andrea and all your hard work, but the bend up beds do not bother us at all unless they are unfinished & black liner with metal sticking out, ugh, no. If I was in the market for an RV, this would be tops on my list! An amazing diesel pusher for 200k! Likes - Solar Mid-entry door layout - i love the seating and the space dislikes - Horn (lol, pretty minor) I wish it had gas burners (I am really reaching) It isn't in my driveway I don't know how an extra TV can ever be a negative Matt, we may have to suspend your man card! :)

Matt, I didn’t see any outlets near the small nightstands or phone chargers ? I agree that the outside storage doors should be aluminum, can’t believe it would cost that much more ! Why doesn’t the mid entry Motorhomes have a cover over the steps ? Our dog 🐕 or dogs riding down the road can’t fall into the stairwell and be seriously hurt not to mention a person walking back to get something ! Wish they would put a power cord reel into this unit, a lot easier to clean the cable as your powering it in ! Do the front seats swivel like most class A’s As an entry level Diesel Pusher it has a lot of nice features. Kitchen, stackable washer & Dryer, Very nice layout ! Love the tilt bed! I have sleep apnea and cannot use the machine and sleeping tilted slightly allows me to breathe. Also love the washer and dryer and room in the bedroom! Love the work station and I love the door placement so my entry and exit is not blocked if someone is using the ed over the driver. I do not care for the dark cabinets, prefer white or light colors, not so much wood tone. Great review and great job! Happy for you two!!! Wishing y’all all good things!

Very nice! Really like it! Finally, a unit with an entrance in the middle and not the passenger side. Only dislike is the TV by the dinette. More storage would be nice. Agree with you that it's overkill.

Finally, room for a coffee maker!!! I do think the second TV and fireplace are in an awkward place. Would like a large TV in the bedroom. Love the floor plan, mid entry, tough coated storage. I do like the tilt a bed for watching TV. I don't like the kitchen slide out so close to the door, I'd worry that someone would crack their head on it. But for the most part, I love it.

Love the floor plan & especially the kitchen. The pull out shelving/ drawers in the kitchen are the best!! So much easier to retrieve things from the back of a cupboard. Bedroom is huge like that. Are there USB ports or outlets near the bed? That is a must!! Thanks for your great reviews 😊

Likes: 1.the absolute usable floorplan 2.the satin finish woodwork throught 3.the thought put into every detail for real usability...for instance the size of the remarkable bathroom and even the 2 TVs In the main living area so if there are guests all can enjoy but making sure the 2 traveling have perfect TV viewing from the theater seats...great job...and can't forget the awesome navigator computer/workstation up front

Love this thing. Love the bedroom and the stacked W/D. Shower is very nice . Hate that I can't afford it. I would definitely love living in this RV. But would want to add additional solar panels and Battle Born batteries. So happy to see Andrea back. The team works best as a team. Will did a great job as a stand in. The two TV'S are a bonus. Especially if you're a sports fan. In fact none of your dislikes are a problem for me. But love all your likes and more.

WOW. I really like this layout. It’s functionality is amazing. Everything is laid out perfect. The bathroom is the perfect size. I would’ve liked to see a 1/2 bath, but for being entry level I can look past that. If I had to dislike anything it would be that it only has 1 solar panel!

we have a 2020 of the same floor plan. Love the floor plan, with the middle door (a must have) and the inductions stove (another must have) and the washer/drier ( our 3rd must have). Love that we can still use the RV with slides in. At night we lay sideways across the bed. The things we don't like is the flat panel buttons. In a dark RV I can feel actual buttons. On the panel I have to poke around to find out about where the button I want is. The door squeaks as we go down the road and the water gutter on the passenger side pours rain straight down the side of the RV and sometimes floods our storage below the "dog window". By the way, my dogs do like the dog window.

Ever though about getting a decibel reader? (You can get an app for your phone!)To use for the generators as that's quite an important consideration,...Maybe a reading outside reading and one from the master bedroom? Love the channel btw !

I love the tilt-a-view bed, I hurt my back years ago and I can't sleep flat. I like the bathroom, and I like the televator. I dislike the fibreglass baggage doors, the DEF tank location, and the lack of additional solar prep (ways to route power from the roof.) All in all it seems like a great coach.

I love the matte cabinets I brown and the counter tops white. It's really nice and roomy in the living area. I like the tv at the dinette to catch the morning news while getting breakfast . Driving area looks great for both people. Bathroom very nice . The bedroom is ok. Need more space for the side tables . What is the the difference between the miles per gallon gas/diesel?

Only major dislike is that Thor has one of the worse reputations for service in the business. They need to do something about that and they could then own the lower end class A market. Matt, I like the review. After watching you for over a year, I wonder why the load capacity is so low on most Rv’s. Case in point, this Palazzo has 250 lbs more than my Thor Vegas 24.5. To me this is a safety issue considering how much more storage space it has. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the issue.

This is a great looking unit. I really like the floorplan of this motorhome. Everything is just about perfect. Personally, I love the 2nd TV. I use a desktop computer and would use this for my monitor. Getting old kinda stinks and my eyes aren't what they use to be. LOL! I agree with Matt that the outside storage doors should be aluminum. Really the only thing I don't care for is I wish it had a side radiator, but this is an entry level diesel pusher. I love the mid entry door too. Personally, I like the tilt a view bed because sometimes I watch TV in bed and I could sit up and watch it more comfortably. This really is a great unit. Thanks again for the great review. I really do like the floor plan with the exception of the tilt bed. Not sure why you are opposed to fiberglass slam latch doors. They insulate much better than aluminum which can keep your floor warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. I just wish Thor would use fiberglass one piece roof systems. Tpo will never last over time and needs more frequent maintenance.

I've always liked the Palazzo as it was the first smaller pusher I was ever shown. I was given a fantastic price on it but after reading the reviews from current owners it was a definite no-go for me, just too many issues. That was in 2015 and I sure hope Thor upped its game in the QA/QC department as some of those previous issues should have never reared their heads at any price level. Great layouts on this line.

2nd TV is fine just needs swing out arm. Design is fine cabinets v/fine not finish gray shit. The televator could lose the 2 side cabinets so u can hve a bigger TV. Bath room was great.
