This is one fine 5th wheel! I think Alliance and VanLeigh are the best in the business! Love this floorplan, it's awesome and so much storage, I don't know if I'd have enough stuff to fill all that space! Love the living room, TV ( I agree that I'd rather have a Televator instead of the hidden fireplace storage), theater seating along with 2 tri-fold sleeper sofas, love the fridge, range, pantry space, coffee bar, island, big sink, dining area, the bathroom is among the best, bedroom is really nice and lots of closet space to boot. I really wish there was a way to have a stackable W/D in a unit like this without taking up the closet space (there was a unit you guys reviewed that had the W/D area where a pantry usually is and I loved it.). Other than that, this is darn near perfect! Thanks again for another great review! I'M NOT TOUCHING YOUR BUTT!! Hilarious!

These RVs are hidden gems! My 3's: Likes: 1. The storage, especially the basement storage! 2. Kitchen configuration. 3. Rear living room/den. Dislikes: 1. Agree about the mix of cabinetry colors. I don't like them, either. 2. The window on the pantry door is a waste. 3. I agree about the pull out fireplace. Not a fan. Thanks.

Three things I like...the shower with the seat, the seating in the living room and the table and chairs in the kitchen. Three things I dislike are....for the price it needs a generator, not sure about the sink--I think it needed an island where you could walk around and that goofy storage behind the fireplace.

Hi Matt, hi Will Dislikes: Are those vents in the living area floor? TV blocks any possible beautiful view (in this model), Likes: massive amount of storage in the basement, kitchen space for someone who likes to cook (especially the stove & oven-nothing dinky about them), the shower is phenomenal. A large size bed with room to sit up and read. Alliance makes the most beautifully equipped 5th Wheels in my opinion. Will Alliance ever make a C-Class? Thanks Matt, thanks Will.

I completely agree with Wil about the TV/fireplace. This floorplan should definitely have a televator and a bigger rear window. I would easily sacrifice the hidden fireplace storage for this.

I like the hidden storage behind the fire. My reason why is it’s a great place to store the spare bedding for the sofa beds. Not just that but it means the bedding is quick and easy to get to when someone decides to stay over late at nigh, All they have to do is pull out the bedding and in the morning shove it back.

I love most everything about the Alliance, except can’t stand the lifeless epoxy bathroom counter. We went to our General RV to tour some, and the counter didn’t look any better in person than it does on the video.

Definitely a full time living camper. So many things to love, such as large underneath cargo space for canoes, or bicycles. I love the overall layout inside the camper, love the living room, dining room, and amazing to see 3 AC units. Love that it has a full size fridge, and finally, prepped for a dish washer. Love the big bathroom, and large bedroom. Amazing to see that many slide outs. Thank you for putting vinyl in the dinette area. Very minor things I didn't like were: I'm one of those folks who prefer the toilet to be in a separate "room". Coffee making cabinets don't match color of the rest of the kitchen. For this price point, I'd expect to have full backup and side cameras already installed.

Love the storage, center mounted stove and bathroom sink size. Dislikes; the television station...we saw Mat pinch his fingers...so please install a televator and have a window behind, and move dump connections from under the slide, and like to have full body paint option.

The 3 things I like about this fifth wheel RV: 1. lighting for every shelf in the pantry 2. the wet bay 3. slide out tray in the rear, combo with the rear storage has a good height but not too tall taking away the the head space in the living room The 3 things I don't like about this fifth wheel RV: 1. vents in the floor 2. control panel not covered up 3. access to the dump station with the slide out PS Wow! General RV goes out on Halloween decoration. Real spiders instead of plastic spiders. PPS I wonder the next bug Matt's going to find will be.

Hi Matt, a couple of things. First, I do like the brand. Here are a couple of things that I wish Alliance did. 1. I want a fifth wheel to provide the setup for a bigger TV if I want one. 50-65 is pretty much outdated. 80-90 inch TV’s is what I would like to put in. Unfortunately, you can’t. 2. There needs to be one of those vents that suck out the air over those dual recliners. Or at least in the area. Smokers or cigar people like myself needs to have some sort of ventilation in the living area. 3. I wish they made a toy hauler. Please if you could let me know if they ever plan to make a toy hauler. I think there would be a huge demand with a brand like this. One more thing. I didn’t see an option for a generator. Is there an option to put one in. Thanks again Matt, please keep up the good work.

Sorry, but I have to disagree, I have a Cougar 362RKS with the In-Command and I love it. Never have any problems with it and what's great I can power on the lights and stuff from my phone. Let's say I need to run out to the rig at night here at home I can turn on the awning light and inside lights before I go and the list goes on. I do agree the control center is butt ugly out in the open.

To bring Alliance to the next level I would recommend a rear fiberglass cap... also i agree with the guys about putting the living room tv on a televator... also at this price point it should have a power cord reel. Just my 3 dislikes.

Dislikes. I would trip every time going from living room to kitchen...it needs a wall hand rail. I wish all the outside doors had latches instead of turning key ones. Wish there was a way to increase dinette table size ( extra one in storage?) . And wish there was some smaller seating option...I’m shorter than Matt...my feet would be dangling every where.......Likes. Love that there is no carpet. Love that slide out storage. Love that kitchen!

9:00 is that a Heater Floor Vent right there so anyone sitting in that chair will have their foot resting on it and kicking crap into it? Two GREAT Options for living areas like this are 1)slide out sofa delete for Desk Area and 2)Main Sofa delete for 1 or 2 recliners - or just delete and purchase what you want separately.

MSRP = $197,000. Truck to pull this monster = twice as much as the MSRP for this trailer. Admittedly, I'm sure I could pay to get this delivered and set up, so it's not so bad, and this is a great rig! And y'all did a great job reviewing it, too! Likes: 1) I LOVE all the storage, and on a year-round usage trailer, too! 2) The bedroom/bathroom is great, as well. The ability to add a washer and dryer just makes it nicer (I don't have a lot of clothes so I wouldn't miss the closet space. My fiance might, but it's fine with me.) and.... 3) The kitchen with the option for a dishwasher!!! Dislikes: 1) Not a fan of that ladder. I'm 56 and short, so I wouldn't do as well as you did Matt. 2) I agree about the 'fireplace, and you had a great idea about how to better utilize that space. 3) Having trouble coming up with a third thing to dislike. I guess I'll have to go with the disparity of the cabinet colours, because everything else if absolutely wonderful! Have a good weekend, and I may be dropping in on you next week (11/9-11/15)

Not really. You can buy a new 1-ton (Ford F350 or GMC/Chevrolet 3500) Dually for around $75k, or a used one for $30k. Regardless of the hitch weight, those will do. But, a 3/4 ton (Ford F250 or GMC/Chevrolet 2500) is not strong enough to hold up that weight.

Two things again. Get rid of one of the side couches for a desk area. If you're full timing it, you will need that work space. With all that underneath storage, making one area enclosed( by itself ) to put a litter box in it. Then a cat door with some type of ramp for a cat to get down to it. People have cats. You need to keep this mind for those who want to full time it with cat(s).

In another trailer video - and I still do - I suggest having #GeneralRV give #MattsRVReviews a dedicated golf cart, where the back seating area is taken out and replaced with a 4kw gasoline or diesel generator. That way, you can go to your trailer, hook up the trailer AND golf cart battery to the generator, and run the generator while filming. That way, there is no chance of the trailer losing power. Then, when you're done, shut off the generator and unhook everything, then head to your next trailer.

Great idea, only imagine it.....I don’t know any portable silent generators. The video will pick up the sound, and then everyone will complain about it because they won’t pay attention to it being needed no matter how many times Matt will say he needs it to show us stuff, and all the comments will be filled with these constant complainers saying “what’s that noise?”, “shut the generator off when your filming!”....and so on and so on... So if one fusses with a generator hook up, then why not fuss with a lithium battery bank in the back of the golf cart instead (no noise). The answer may end up being it would take to long to hook each n every trailer up before a review, considering when he is pumping out video’s every two days, and filming class A, B,C’s too, that could become more of a pain in the arse? cheers 🍻

I truly understand about hiding all the controls they made everything else so nice and neat I would’ve been nice to hide the controls so they’re not right in your face as you walk in the door and I didn’t like the cabinets on the side either a different color like Matt said go one way or the other I didn’t like it. But I really really loved the back part I loved how it was raised up the seating area I really enjoyed looking out it was very good it looked very comfortable and you guys talked about the fridge raider I don’t understand what the difference between the residential fridge raider that was in there and the RV fridge what would be the benefits between them.
