I'll say it: this is my FAVOURITE tour you've ever done! The interior is stunning and, although I imagine a very different style to the original home, is sympathetic to many of the original features and has gorgeous transitions throughout. The exterior is such a sanctuary. I can't believe they had the planning granted for the cladding/changes with so little resistance given the area the house is in. Clearly some very knowledgeable architects!

Beautiful house. Quality natural materials full of warmth. Living spaces that are balanced and connected to the outside. It feels so easy to enjoy the outdoors just like the indoors and this is so special to have in a home. Fantastic.

I sometimes wonder if people actually live in these houses you guys show. I can’t remember many which looked lived in. Either all the owners are minimalists, extremely tidy, have an army of cleaners, or levitate around without touching anything. Absolutely immaculate.

owners are advised to remove all personal items and private information, such as photo's etc. Basically anything that can be taken from the video and used in some kind of fraud or exploitation. etc.

I've seen way too many house tours to count and this one is by far my favorite. Her personality is so sweet and fun and the back and forth with the camera man is so enjoyable. The little 'bloopers' bit at the end was really fun too, I've never seen that before. I always wish the camera men got to talk more during the house tours in a casual way like this so it was cool to see it done in a way that was entertaining without taking away from the tour at all.

Beautiful. The interior is all in neutral colors which gives the place the illusion that it's big. Just wish they put a pop of color in each room just to give a break on that bland palate. A colorful painting would work great.

Personally I'd be happy to just have the car port and annexe!! You can keep the house and expensive to run/virtually never used swimming pool! (this is the UK remember)

The girl narrating around the property, is visually okay to watch, but in all honesty, when it comes to knowledge and/or history on the property or items within the property, the guy behind the camera seems to know way more than she does. Tbh, she doesn't seem to know much about anything. Not sure if this is intentional or not and they play off each other. I would assume the 'concrete' looking walls in the bathroom, is microcement. Unless the wall insulation is top of its range, i wouldn't recommend on external walls, as it has very low thermal properties and is useless at conserving heat.
