London's great and all, but Nottingham seems a better city to live in. Small flat for £1,950,000, or palatial mansion for £1,950,000, seems a no brainet to me! It's opulent without feeling too much like a museum, it really feels like a house suitable for more comfortable casual living. What really gets me is the versatility and flexibility of the layout, you could convert it into a few apartments if allowed. The basement could be one apartment, the first and second floors could be another one or two units, and the third and fourth floors could be a little penthouse apartment.

A fairytale home, the originsl décor is exquisite. I don't sense any "ghost" vibes just a cozy feeling The many rooms each of them different and unique in details and each of them has the stunningt fireplace, the baths are modern but built with a nid at an art-déco style. I like the bathrooms simplicity, the walk in shower and the bathtubs. I like having both. The contrasting black radiator, instead of impossibly hiding it, enhancing its beauty a genious idea. The briar art-déco wardrobe, a reminiscence of ny chidhood. The possibility to offer privacy. A sensible solid house, built with criteria of absolute comfort and relax. A marvel. Airy bedrooms, where sleeping must be a delight with the fireplace lit just now, the right period. For a big family, many children, extended family, people who love to live together with their parents. There is enough space to offer privacy but built to to draw peoole together in the drawing rooms, the kitchens. I do a absolutely adore this house, love it and possibly a dream move at first sight. Yes love at first sight. Thank you for showing us this rarity. Kind regards.
