You should also feature Baufritz. I’ve seen a couple of their Lorrie’s in convoy on the M25 in Surrey last week delivering to a customer. I bought a plot of development land in Surrey Hills for £200k and will buy my own prefab house, preferably with Baufritz.

Prefab houses have been around since 1945. For some reason we don't use it enough, probably because the traditional builders try to avoid it as it ruins their cost model.

Not keen on staircases. Single level luxe with ultra high ceilings appeal to my esthetic and functional sense. This house would have been great SANS stairs and second level. The hallways are also very narrow. You can’t reach the pool from primary suite (which takes away from the “indoor-outdoor” feel and utility.
